The Result
The Dereham solar installation generates approximately 65,353 kWh of renewable electricity annually, saving 13,851 kg of CO₂ each year.
The system reduces exposure to energy price volatility while lowering operational emissions. As part of Iceland’s ongoing solar rollout, the Dereham project demonstrates how renewable energy can be successfully integrated into live retail environments while supporting the company’s Net Zero 2040 commitment.
